2014

Enhancement and Rehabilitation of National Highway (NH-61)

Commencing on July 3, 2014, this project, identified by Work Number CE/NH/61/IRQP/2013-14/075/04, focused on the enhancement and rehabilitation of a 12 km segment of NH-61, from km 135/00 to km 147/00. Executed under the Office of the Chief Engineer PWD (NH) Kohima, Nagaland, and valued at ₹5,76,86,741.00, this initiative was integral to the NH Division Mokokchung's efforts to upgrade road infrastructure. The project enhanced road safety, improved drainage systems, and increased durability, benefiting local transportation and economic activity.

Strengthening of National Highway (NH-61)

Commencing on July 3, 2014, this project, identified by Work Number CE/NH/61/STRG/2013-14/083/05, concentrated on strengthening a section of NH-61 from km 147 to 156, including the addition of paved shoulders at select locations. Managed by the Mokokchung NH Division and overseen by the Office of the Chief Engineer PWD (NH) Kohima, Nagaland, the project, valued at ₹6,55,11,566.00, aimed to enhance road durability and safety, significantly improving driving conditions and regional connectivity.

Improvement of Sharp Curves and Accident-Prone Areas on NH-36

 Initiated on June 17, 2014, this project, identified by Work Number CE/NH/36/NH(O)/2013-14/82/02, aimed to address sharp curves and accident-prone areas between km 160.62 and km 160.85 on NH-36. Executed under the NH Division Kohima, Nagaland, and valued at ₹1,72,97,289.00, the project sought to enhance road safety and reduce accident risks, providing a safer driving experience for commuters.

 Rehabilitation of Bailey Bridge on NH-155 (NH 202)

Commencing on June 18, 2014, this project, identified by Work Number CE/NH/155/BRG/2013-14/85/03, involved the rehabilitation of a Bailey bridge at km 268.30 on NH-155 (NH 202). Executed under the NH Division Kiphire, Nagaland, and valued at ₹74,21,010.00, the project ensured safe and reliable transportation across this critical bridge, supporting essential regional connectivity.

Upgradation of Road from Satheri to Chepokita

This extensive road upgradation project began on August 13, 2014, under Work Number CE/NH/CRF/2013-14/017. Focused on upgrading the road from Satheri to Chepokita in the Phek District of Nagaland, the initiative, executed under the Office of the Chief Engineer PWD (NH) Kohima, Nagaland, and valued at ₹20,46,49,358.00, aimed to enhance accessibility and connectivity, fostering improved regional development and economic growth.

2015

Upgradation of Vimchalu Village Road from Impur Junction

Starting on July 22, 2015, this project, identified by Work Number CE/NH/CRF/2014-15/018/01, involved upgrading the road connecting Vimchalu Village to Impur Junction in Mokokchung, Nagaland. Executed under the CRF scheme and valued at ₹16,03,95,122.00, the project aimed to improve rural road infrastructure, thereby enhancing local transportation and connectivity.

Periodic Repair of NH-202 (NH 155 Old)

Commencing on September 24, 2015, this project, identified by Work Number CE/NH/155/PR/2014-15/081/08, focused on periodic repairs of a 7 km stretch from km 213.00 to km 220.00 on NH-202 (NH 155 Old). Managed by the NH Kiphire Division, Nagaland, and valued at ₹3,19,92,962.00, the project was crucial for maintaining road safety and functionality.

2017

Improvement of Riding Quality on NH-702D

 Starting on April 28, 2017, this project, identified by Work Number CE/NH/702-D/IRQP/2016-17/092/6/46, aimed to improve the riding quality of NH-702D from km 10/000 to km 25/000. Executed under the NH Mokokchung Division, Nagaland, and valued at ₹3,84,98,376.00, the project focused on enhancing road conditions for a smoother driving experience.

Improvement of Asetkong-Tsusangra Road from NH-61 to Longpong Bridge

Beginning on May 23, 2017, this project, identified by Work Number CE/NH/ISC/2016-17/18/47, concentrated on improving the Asetkong-Tsusangra road, connecting NH-61 (Impur Junction) to Longpong Bridge. Executed under the ISC Scheme and valued at ₹25,30,53,810.00, the initiative aimed to enhance road connectivity over a 27 km stretch, facilitating better access and regional development.

Improvement of Riding Quality on NH-702D (0 km to 10 km)

Starting in June 2017, this project, identified by Work Number CE/NH/702-D/IRQP/2016-17/092/9/52, focused on improving the riding quality of NH-702D from km 0.00 to km 10.00. Executed under the NH Division Mokokchung, Nagaland, and valued at ₹3,72,87,667.00, the project aimed to enhance road surface quality for smoother vehicular movement.

Improvement of Riding Quality on NH-702D (Km 100 to Km 50)

Commencing on June 19, 2017, this project, identified by Work Number CE/NH/702-D/IRQP/2016-17/92/01/51, focused on improving the riding quality of NH-702D from Km 100 to Km 50 in Nagaland. Managed by the NH Division II Mokokchung and valued at ₹6,47,49,699.00, the project aimed to enhance the road's surface quality, contributing to safer and more efficient transportation.

Strengthening of Pavement and Paved Shoulder on NH-2

Starting on October 31, 2017, this project, identified by Work Number CE/NH/NH(O)/02/2016-17/96/58, focused on the strengthening of the existing pavement and the provision of paved shoulders from Km 125 to Km 135 on NH-2. Managed under the NH(O) scheme for 2016-17 by the Office of the Chief Engineer PWD (NH) Kohima, Nagaland, and valued at ₹11,05,52,301.00, this initiative aimed to enhance road durability and safety, improving the overall driving experience.

2018

 Upgradation of Road to 2-Lane from Dhobinalla to Diphu (Assam Road)

Commencing on January 17, 2018, this project, identified by Work Number NO.CE/RB/ISC-EI/2017-18, focused on converting an 8 km stretch of road from Dhobinalla to Diphu, Assam, into a 2-lane road. Passing through Thahekhu, Ranghapahar crossing, and Sangtamtilla, the project, valued at ₹17,71,89,780.00, aimed to enhance regional connectivity and support local economic development.

Construction of RCC Bridge over Tsuyi River (21m span)

Starting on November 16, 2018, this project, under Work Number CE/R&B/AGT/2017-18/25/1, focused on constructing a 21-meter span RCC bridge over the Tsuyi River between Asukiqa and Pughoboto. Executed under the Economic Importance scheme, and valued at ₹5,56,93,094.00, the project was designed to improve transportation infrastructure and connectivity in Nagaland.

Improvement of Dimapur City Roads (Group C/I)

Beginning on November 9, 2018, this project, identified by Work Number NO.CE(R&B)/TB-III/KMA-DMP-CITY/2018-19/934, involved improving key roads in Dimapur City. The work included the approach road to Dimapur Civil Hospital (0.350 km), the road from the Flyover to Supermarket (1.00 km), and the road from Supermarket to NH-29 via Rengma Colony, Walford (0.90 km). With a contract value of ₹17,78,00,000.00, the project aimed to enhance urban infrastructure and traffic flow.

Improvement of Dimapur City Roads (Group C/I) [Additional]

Commencing on November 26, 2018, this additional phase of the city road improvement project in Dimapur, identified by Work Number CE(R&B)/TB-III/KMA-DMP-CITY/2018-19, focused on the same segments: the approach road to Dimapur Civil Hospital (0.350 km), the road from the Flyover to Supermarket (1.00 km), and the road from Supermarket to NH-29 via Rengma Colony, Walford (0.90 km). Valued at ₹3,55,57,000.00, this phase aimed to further enhance urban infrastructure and accessibility.

Construction of Bailey Bridge (45.72m) on PMGSY Road Dhansiripar to Zhutovi

Beginning on March 9, 2019, this project, identified by Work Number CE/PMSGY/WO/PH-IX/B-II/2018-19/BR-3, focused on constructing a 45.72-meter Bailey bridge on the PMGSY road from Dhansiripar to Zhutovi over the Langlung River. Valued at ₹1,76,44,000.00, this project aimed to enhance rural connectivity and support local development.

Construction of Bailey Bridge (21m) on PMGSY Road L-022 to Shishimi (Pantong River)

Starting on September 5, 2019, this project, identified by Work Number CE/PMGSY/WO/PII-IX/B-11/2018-19 Br-47, focused on constructing a 21-meter Bailey bridge on the PMGSY road from L-022 to Shishimi over the Pantong River. Valued at ₹1,21,40,000.00, the project aimed to improve rural connectivity and infrastructure in Nagaland.

Upgradation of Road from L-026 to Sangtsong (16.00 Kms)

Starting on May 14, 2019, this project, identified by Work Number CE/PMGSY/WO/PH-IX/B-11/2018-19/5, focused on upgrading a 16 km stretch of road from L-026 to Sangtsong under the PMGSY scheme. Construction of Bailey Bridge (45.72m) on PMGSY Tseminyu (S) to Tsosinyu Road (Nru River)

Commencing on September 16, 2019, under Work Number CE/PMGSY/WO/PH-IX/B-II/2018-19/Br-5, this project focused on constructing a 45.72-meter Bailey bridge on the PMGSY road from Tseminyu (S) to Tsosinyu, spanning the Nru River. With a contract value of ₹1,93,07,000.00, this project aimed to improve infrastructure connectivity in Nagaland.

Upgradation of T-01 (Mongsenyimti) to Chakpa

In May 2020, this project, identified by Work Number CE/R&B/PMGSY-II/WO/2019-20/5, aimed to upgrade the road from T-01 (Mongsenyimti) to Chakpa. With a contract value of ₹15,75,43,000.00, the initiative was designed to enhance road quality and connectivity, supporting regional development and accessibility.

Construction of Bailey Bridge (45.72m) on PMGSY Tseminyu (S) to Tsosinyu Road (Nru River)

Starting in June 2020, under Work Number CE/APMGSY/WO/PH-IX/B-11/2018-10/Br-5, this project involved the construction of a 45.72-meter Bailey bridge on the PMGSY road from Tseminyu (S) to Tsosinyu, spanning the Nru River. With a contract value of ₹1,67,90,000.00, the project aimed to improve transportation infrastructure in the region.

Starting on June 15, 2020, under Work Number CE/PGSY/WO/PH-IX/B-11/2018-19/Br-3, this project involved constructing a 45.72-meter Bailey bridge on the PMGSY road from Dhansiripar to Zutovi, spanning the Langlung River. With a contract value of ₹1,76,44,000.00, it was aimed at enhancing rural infrastructure.

Strengthening of NH-702A from Km 0.00 to Km 5.46 & Km 35.00 to Km 40.00

Beginning on July 24, 2020, under Work Number CE/NH/NH(0)/2019-20/105/83-86, this project focused on strengthening NH-702A from Km 0.00 to Km 5.46 and from Km 35.00 to Km 40.00. With a contract value of ₹8,26,87,200.00, the initiative aimed to improve road durability and safety.

Upgradation of Seyochung to Phisami via Lukhami

Commencing on May 6, 2020, under Work Number CE/R&B/PMGSY-II/WO/2019-20/9, this project focused on the upgradation of the road from Seyochung to Phisami via Lukhami. Valued at ₹16,93,36,000.00, the initiative aimed to enhance rural infrastructure, improving connectivity and access in the region.

Construction of Bailey Bridge (30.48m) on PMGSY Road Ngam to Lalong (Magaki River)

Commencing on June 15, 2020, under Work Number CE/PMGSY/WO/PH-IX/B-II/2018-19/Br-34, this project focused on constructing a 30.48-meter Bailey bridge on the PMGSY road from Ngam to Lalong over the Magaki River. Valued at ₹1,37,79,000.00, it aimed to enhance rural connectivity and infrastructure.

Construction of Bailey Bridge (15.2m) on PMGSY Road Kichang to Hutanger via Horonger (Youthku River)

Commencing on June 15, 2020, under Work Number CE/PMGSY/WO/PH-IX/B-11/2018-19/Br-45, this project focused on constructing a 15.2-meter Bailey bridge on the PMGSY road from Kichang to Hutanger via Horonger, spanning the Youthku River. Improvement of Roads at Zunheboto Town Package-II

Commencing on November 26, 2020, under Work Number EE/DMA/ULB Roads/2020-21/205, this project focused on improving roads in Zunheboto Town, Package-II. Valued at ₹1,84,71,000.00, the project aimed to enhance urban infrastructure and road conditions.

2021

Upgradation of HQ Roads at Zunheboto Town

Beginning on January 7, 2021, under Work Number EE/UEW/SA/HD-OTRS-ROADS/2020-21, this project aimed at upgrading the HQ roads in Zunheboto town. With a contract value of ₹4,76,00,000.00, the initiative sought to improve road quality and connectivity in the town.

Restoration and Repairs of NH-39 (New NH-29) from Dimapur-Kohima Road (Km 156.000 to Km 172.900)

Commencing on June 14, 2021, under Work Number NHIDCL/PMU-Dim/NH-39D-K/PKG-II/R&R/Vol-1/2021-22/32-122, this project focused on the restoration and repairs of NH-39 (New NH-29) from Km 156.000 to Km 172.900. Valued at ₹12,83,00,828.00, the initiative aimed to improve road conditions and safety.

Starting on February 14, 2022, under Work Number UEW/EE-I/SA/HQ&SDHQ-RDS/ZBTO/2021-22, this project aimed to upgrade the road from NH Junction near Post Office to DC Hill via Daily Market in Zunheboto town. With a contract value of ₹95,24,000.00, the project aimed to improve road infrastructure and accessibility.

Construction of Cement Concrete Road at FSD Senapati

Beginning on October 4, 2022, under Work Number Engg./34/Engg/CCRoad/Senapati/2020-21, this project involved constructing a cement concrete road at FSD Senapati in the Manipur Region. Valued at ₹1,08,11,757.00, the initiative aimed to enhance local infrastructure and road quality.

Improvement of Road from Defense Road to Helipad via ADC Office at Seyochung

Starting on September 30, 2022, under Work Number NO.EE/UEW/SASCI/KIPHIRE/2022-23/, this project focused on improving the road from Defense Road to Helipad via ADC Office at Seyochung under SASCI 2022-23. Valued at ₹2,42,77,000.00, the project aimed to enhance rural infrastructure and connectivity.

Restoration & Repair of Kohima-Jessami Road from Existing Km 30.474 to Km 53.220

Starting on August 23, 2023, under Work Number NHIDCL/RO-Kohima/Proc/R&R/KJ/Vol-1/2022-23/4550, this project focused on the restoration and repair of the Kohima-Jessami Road from Existing Km 30.474 to Km 53.220. With a contract value of ₹2,68,96,393.00, the project aimed to improve road conditions and safety.

Improvement of Road from Daily Market Traffic Point Connecting GA Rest House to NH-702 Junction at Zunheboto Town

Beginning on September 5, 2023, under Work Number EE-III/UEW/SA/2023-241026, this project aimed at improving the road from Daily Market Traffic Point connecting GA Rest House to NH-702 Junction at Zunheboto Town under SPECIAL ASSISTANCE 2023-24. Valued at ₹1,90,47,000.00, it aimed to enhance connectivity and road infrastructure.

2024

Construction of 2-Laning with Hard Shoulder of Peren-Dimapur Section of NH-129A

Commencing on January 4, 2024, under Work Number NHIDCL/CivilWork/Nagaland/PerenDimapur/Pkg4/190665/19, this project focused on constructing 2-laning with a hard shoulder for the Peren-Dimapur section of NH-129A from design Km 163.592 to Km 173.850. With a contract value of ₹45,48,97,500.00, the project aimed to improve road capacity and safety.

Strengthening of Ukhrul to Choithar Section of NH-202

Commencing on March 15, 2024, under Work Number NHIDCL/MANIPUR/U-C/PKG4/2024/233478/4055, this project focused on strengthening the Ukhrul to Choithar section of NH-202 from existing Km 50+520 to Km 59+230. With a contract value of ₹16,37,24,000.00, the project aimed to enhance road durability and safety.

Short Term Maintenance Contract to NH-202 (Oid-155) from Km 177.00 to Km 190.00 & Km 241.00 to Km 283.00

Starting on March 15, 2024, under Work Number NO CE/NU/STMC/01/2023-24/1680, this project involved short-term maintenance of NH-202 from Km 177.00 to Km 190.00 and from Km 241.00 to Km 283.00 under NH Division Kiphire. Valued at ₹3,25,49,448.80, the project aimed to address immediate maintenance needs and ensure road usability.
